Can we get a pitch, yaw, roll & position controller adjustment option please

The current angle is not in a neutral position and it is uncomfortable for me

I would also like to position my 'real' hands differently in the mech arms

I am using touch controllers on a Quest 1 through SteamVR with a Link cable

As you can see the menu pointer doesn't align with the Oculus pointer and the hand alignment is a little off for the touch controllers
