game seriously needs more players

No more tiny pool of weapon loadouts. Every weapon in an Arctic Blast loadout should be randomly selected from the pool of all other weapons in the entire game.

Add a speed setting for transitioning between different camera angles in the spectator client to allow for slower transitions. It would give nice a "swooping" animation when watching the game.
